Let your child's birthday party be a creative experience!

For birthday bashes with an artistic flair, we offer Visual Art Parties for children ages 4 to 12 years. Our birthday parties are led by professional artists and qualified art instructors. Choose from a variety of fun, theme-based art projects like stuffed animals, magic carpets, masks and mini-aquariums. Birthday Parties are offered one or two Sundays each month.

Day	One or two Sundays each month Choose from dates on booking form
Times	10:30 am-12:00 pm or 1:00-2:30 pm or 3:30-5:00 pm Art – 1 hr. 15 min.; refreshments – 15 min.
Guests	Minimum of 12, maximum of 16 children Due to space restrictions, we do not recommend more than 16 children at a birthday party. In special circumstances and with prior administrative approval, we can accommodate more children, in which case a $50 assistant fee will be applied. In addition, the number of parents attending should be restricted to a small group. Guests' parents are encouraged to drop off their children and are welcome to wait in our waiting room for the duration of the party.
Cost	$22 per child $150 deposit due upon registration & balance due first business day after party; children's parties are GST exempt
Art	Choose from a selection of fun art activities on booking form
Refreshments	You supply the birthday cake and refreshments. No nut products please.
Invitations	Special Art School invitations provided
Free Gift	The birthday child receives an Avenue Road Arts School t-shirt
Refunds & Cancellations	Participants cancelling 3 weeks prior to the birthday date will be refunded their deposit, less a $25.00 administration fee. Beyond this date all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Clothing	Children must come dressed appropriately, ready to do art. Smocks are not provided and children may get messy.
Timing	Please be on time as the party will begin at the stated time. An adult will be expected to wait in the lobby for late-comers.
